After you add your elephant to the cart enter your order details in the “ADD A NOTE TO SELLER” box:
- Name as it should appear on ear: First Name and middle name if wanted
- Birth date in MM-DD-YYYY
- Weight
- Length
- Ounces
- Time of Birth
- Specify ear style option 1-6 you would like.
- Cell number. A mock up will be sent to you for proofing before your elephant is made.
***Please note, baby initial/name options 1-6 will all have a slight variance per order due to longer baby names or larger fonts capitals.
