HOW TO ORDER:
Add your doormat to cart.
Next, at checkout in the "add note to seller box" supply the following information for personalization if you want your mat just as pictured.

At checkout, in the "add note to seller box" supply your request details. From there, I will be in contact if I have any questions or I will create per your request and send you a mock up of your mat within 3-5 days.
PROOFS AND PRODUCTION:
- You WILL have an opportunity to make any changes prior to your mat being made.
- Once I receive your order I will send you a proof within 2-3 days to approve it is correct, please double check and check again spelling, punctuation, etc. Custom order proofs may take up to 3-5 days.
- Proofs must be approved prior to mat production. For that reason, production may be delayed until I receive your approval.
- If an error is found AFTER you have approved your proof I cannot refund, however I can make a corrected doormat for an additional $20. If the error is my fault, a new mat will be made at no cost.
- You will receive a picture of the final product when complete and at that time we can discuss pick up/mailing options.
